Dr. Sima Kavand, MD
Dr. Sima Kavand will be leaving our practice at the end of September to open her own Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice in Prosper, Texas, with a focus on women’s health, skin health, and aesthetics.
Her new practice will not operate like a traditional primary care clinic. It will use a fee-based DPC model, where patients pay a membership or direct fee for access to her services rather than receiving care through the traditional insurance-based model.
