Dr. Matin Parsa, MD
Family Medicine
Dr. Parsa Matin is a board-certified Family Medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care for patients of all ages. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Dallas, completed medical school at St. George’s University, and went on to complete her Family Medicine residency at UTMB Galveston.
Throughout her training and career, Dr. Matin has had the opportunity to care for diverse patient populations through clinical rotations in England, New York, and Chicago, giving her valuable experience treating individuals from many different backgrounds and walks of life. She has also practiced as both a Family Medicine physician and hospitalist in San Antonio, Texas, providing care across both outpatient and inpatient settings.
She is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients and believes that preventive care is the foundation of lifelong health. She enjoys partnering with patients to promote healthy lifestyles, prevent disease, and effectively manage chronic conditions to help reduce complications and improve quality of life.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Matin enjoys cooking, traveling, and making memories with her husband and their two children.
Dr. Parsa is currently accepting new patients and looks forward to partnering with them on their journey to better health. She offers both in-person and televisit appointments.
